1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, connecting a wallet, entering a table, buying or activating an item, acquiring a ticket, participating in a competition, or otherwise using BSC Poker X (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and any rules displayed for a specific table, event, promotion or feature. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and regional restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher legal age required in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You may not use the Service where online poker, prize competitions, digital assets, wallet connections or related activities are prohibited or restricted.
You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful. We may restrict countries, regions, accounts, wallets or features where required for legal, security, operational or risk reasons.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your nickname, password, device, session and wallet access. One person may not operate multiple accounts to obtain duplicate rewards, manipulate rankings, evade restrictions or gain an unfair advantage.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access. We may require additional verification before restoring access, changing a linked wallet, processing a withdrawal, awarding a prize or resolving a dispute.
4. Service and gameplay
BSC Poker X provides digital Texas Hold’em gameplay, account features, virtual balances, optional wallet connectivity and competition features. Table rules, blinds, seat limits, timers, scoring methods, entry requirements and prizes may differ by table or event and form part of these Terms.
Game results may depend on server state, network conditions, player actions, randomization systems and anti-abuse controls. Displayed client information is informational; the authoritative result is the result recorded by the Service.
5. Chips, TeX, Luck Items and Drinks
Chips and TeX are in-service units used only as described by the Service. Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, they are not money, deposits, securities, stored value, legal tender or claims against BSC Poker X, and they have no guaranteed cash value.
Luck Items, Drinks, avatars, badges and other collectibles are limited, revocable digital licences for use inside the Service. Purchase or activation does not transfer ownership of underlying artwork, code, trademarks or other intellectual property.
Balances, conversion rates, rewards, item prices, availability and utility may be corrected or changed where necessary to address errors, exploits, fraud, economy imbalance, maintenance or legal requirements.
6. Wallets, signatures and blockchain transactions
Wallet linking is optional for Free Play but may be required for competitions, tickets, rewards or withdrawals. A verification signature is intended to prove control of an address and should not itself transfer funds. Always read the wallet request before approving it.
You control your self-custody wallet and private keys. BSC Poker X does not recover seed phrases or reverse blockchain transactions. You are responsible for using the correct wallet, network, token and address, and for network fees, wallet-provider terms, smart-contract risk and transaction finality.
Never send a seed phrase or private key to BSC Poker X, HoldemBot, an administrator or another player.
7. Tickets, entries, competitions and prizes
Competition access may require a verified account, linked wallet, ticket, TeX payment, internal competition credit or blockchain payment. Entry requirements, scoring, start and end times, eligible tables, tie-breakers, prize details and winner verification may be stated on the Competition or Shop page.
Entries are non-transferable unless expressly allowed. A payment or transaction does not guarantee entry if it is late, sent on the wrong network, uses the wrong token or amount, fails verification, is reversed, or breaches these Terms.
We may withhold, adjust or cancel an entry, reward or prize while investigating fraud, collusion, bots, multi-accounting, chargebacks, wallet ownership, sanctions, technical errors or rule violations. Winners may be required to provide information reasonably needed to deliver a prize and comply with law.
Taxes, reporting obligations and any costs associated with receiving or using a prize are the winner’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Acceptable use and player conduct
You must not:
- collude, share hidden cards, chip-dump, soft-play or coordinate unfairly;
- use bots, scripts, real-time assistance, unauthorized automation or exploits;
- manipulate clients, APIs, Socket.IO traffic, timers, balances, randomization, rankings or transactions;
- create duplicate accounts or impersonate another person;
- harass, threaten, defraud or publish unlawful content;
- probe, disrupt, overload or bypass security, access controls or rate limits;
- launder funds or use the Service for unlawful financial activity.
HoldemBot may explain rules and site features but must not be treated as a guarantee of strategy, outcome, legal status, financial value or technical availability.
9. Availability, maintenance and changes
The Service may be updated, interrupted, limited or discontinued. We may perform maintenance, change table configurations, disable features, correct balances, reverse erroneous rewards, replace assets or introduce new rules. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
10. Intellectual property
BSC Poker X, its software, visual identity, logos, artwork, card designs, interfaces, text, sounds and related content are owned by or licensed to the Service operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
11. Third-party services
The Service may rely on wallet providers, Reown/WalletConnect, browser extensions, blockchain networks, RPC providers, token contracts, hosting, tunnels, Telegram, payment infrastructure and external websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party outages, injected wallet errors, malicious extensions, network congestion or provider decisions.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee continuous availability, compatibility with every device or wallet, error-free software, a particular game outcome, prize value, token price, transaction confirmation time, or that every feature will remain available.
No content in the Service is legal, tax, investment, financial or gambling advice.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSC Poker X and its operator, developers, administrators and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, digital-asset price changes, wallet compromise, mistaken transfers or third-party failures arising from use of the Service.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly to the Service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or EUR 100, unless mandatory law requires a different amount.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BSC Poker X and its operator from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent activity or misuse of an account or wallet.
15. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access; remove content; freeze affected in-service balances; invalidate entries; or block a device, account or wallet where reasonably necessary to investigate or respond to security incidents, abuse, legal obligations, fraud, payment disputes or violations of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, dispute and fraud provisions—will survive.
16. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in Croatia will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, security practices or operational changes. The updated effective date will be displayed at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law; when required, we will request renewed consent.
