Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BSC Poker X handles information when you use the Lobby, games, competitions, Shop & Bank, wallet features, rankings, support and related services.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information processed through BSC Poker X websites, game clients, account systems, competition systems, wallet-verification features, support channels and related services. It should be read together with the Terms of Service and Cookie Policy.

2. Information we process

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

  • Account and profile data: username or nickname, avatar selection, account identifiers, tier, level, XP and profile settings.
  • Wallet data: public wallet address, chain/network information, wallet-verification status, signature verification results and transaction references relevant to supported features.
  • Gameplay data: game participation, results, scores, rankings, table or match identifiers, positions, payouts, competition entries and anti-duplicate records.
  • Economy data: TeX, Chips, tickets, rewards, purchases, internal ledger entries and transaction references.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, request logs, error logs, security events and session information.
  • Support data: messages, screenshots, transaction references and other information you choose to provide when contacting support.

3. How we use information

We use information where necessary to operate, secure and improve BSC Poker X, including to:

  • create and maintain accounts and sessions;
  • verify wallet control and supported blockchain activity;
  • run games, rankings, competitions, rewards and player progression;
  • prevent duplicate scoring, fraud, abuse, bots, collusion and security incidents;
  • process supported purchases, tickets and internal economy events;
  • diagnose bugs, maintain availability and protect infrastructure;
  • respond to support, legal and security requests; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Wallet and blockchain data

Wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are generally public by design. When you connect or verify a wallet, BSC Poker X may process your public address, supported-chain information, signature verification result and relevant transaction identifiers.

We do not ask for or need your seed phrase or private key. Wallet providers such as Reown/WalletConnect, browser wallets and blockchain infrastructure may process information under their own privacy policies.

5. Gameplay, rankings and competition data

BSC Poker X uses server-authoritative records for supported games and rankings. Match IDs, game outcomes, score, XP, tier eligibility and competition records may be stored so the Service can calculate rankings, prevent duplicate awards, investigate disputes and audit suspicious activity.

Public leaderboards may display your public casino identity, rank, level, score or similar competition information. Do not use a public username that reveals personal information you do not want displayed.

6. Cookies and local storage

We may use cookies and browser storage for authentication, session continuity, security, preferences and feature operation. Some third-party wallet or infrastructure components may also use their own storage mechanisms.

7. Service providers and disclosures

We may share limited information with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the Service, for example hosting, security, wallet connectivity, blockchain infrastructure, error monitoring or payment-related providers. We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, regulatory request, fraud prevention or to protect users, the Service or third parties.

We do not sell your seed phrase or private key because we do not collect them.

8. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for account operation, gameplay integrity, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance and legitimate business records. Different categories may have different retention periods.

Some records, such as blockchain transactions, may remain permanently visible on public blockchains even if BSC Poker X no longer stores a separate copy.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, misuse and loss. No online system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, account session and self-custody wallet.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or information about how your personal data is used. Some requests may be limited where records are required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling or immutable blockchain activity.

11. Age restriction

BSC Poker X is intended for adults who meet the minimum legal age required by the Terms of Service. The Service is not directed to children.

12. International processing

Service providers and technical infrastructure may operate in different countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards should be used where required by applicable law.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page.

Rewards, referrals and guest demo data

For registered members, we may process daily reward claim records and referral attribution, referral event and reward records to enforce one-time rewards and prevent duplicate credits. Guest Demo TeX and guest practice history are stored locally in the browser and are not merged into a registered member account.
